Your solar system's performance data is transmitted every fifteen minutes to our world-class Renewable Operations Center (ROC). In the unlikely event a performance issue is detected, a ROC analyst can quickly investigate what the problem is and take corrective action.

Homeowners can also access their solar system performance data through our HomeConnect online portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There you can see your current and historical solar energy production, weather forecast data, and environmental benefits.
