The AP90 is SunEdison’s newest Single-Axis Tracker with more than 600MW under construction or in the planning stages. Built off the legacy of the A90 Tracker, the AP90 is designed for worldwide manufacturability and fast installation, making it the most cost-effective Tracker in the world.
It features 1 module in portrait mode, with up to 42 modules per row, and a total of 30 rows per single motor block.
The AP90 offers the industry’s fastest installation times and lowest construction costs, and requires no in-field welding. It features a wide range of available Ground Clearance Ratio (GCR) variations. Wind-tunnel tested and UL-certified, the AP90 is officially approved and bankable, backed by Professional Engineering letters and Independent Engineering reports. It's constructed using hot-dipped galvanized steel with backtracking, automatic high-wind safety stow capabilities and maintenance-free bearings.
The A145 is a Single-Axis Tracker designed to operate in very high wind zones.
The A145 features 2 modules in landscape mode, which allows the Tracker to withstand winds of up to 145MPH while in stow position. This makes the A145 the safest and most cost-effective Tracker for use in high wind regions, such as the Caribbean. It is closely modeled off SunEdison’s proven A90 Tracker with only one different part, thereby leveraging SunEdison’s vast experience deploying the A90 Tracker worldwide to simplify the supply, logistics, planning and construction of the A145.
The A90 is SunEdison’s first-generation Single-Axis Tracker. With more than 140MW installed or under construction worldwide, this robust, reliable, low-maintenance tracker can help improve energy yields by up to 25 percent.
The A90 features 3 modules in landscape mode for a maximum of 80 modules per row, and a total of 32 rows per single motor block.
The A90 has wide aisles between tracker rows to allow for efficient serviceability. The carefully designed structure eliminates the need for in-field welding and is wind-tunnel tested for long-term reliability. It’s constructed using hot-dipped galvanized steel with backtracking, automatic high-wind safety stow capabilities, and maintenance-free bearings.
