If you own a PV solar energy system that is not actively monitored, SunEdison can help you improve system performance through our Solar Monitoring Service.
The Solar Monitoring Service includes: - Continual production monitoring. We locate our proprietary SunEdison Energy and Environmental Data System (SEEDS™) device at your system. SEEDS collects and transmits system performance data in 15-minute intervals, which is sent to our Renewable Operations Center (ROC). The ROC analysts measure and verify the performance of all SunEdison systems.
- On-call service from local technicians. When a system is underperforming, the ROC issues a notification of possible maintenance issues. At the customer's request, we can quickly dispatch a crew of SunEdison technicians to service the system—and restore it to expected generation levels.
- Access to our online portal. Client Connect provides PV fleet performance and production from a secure, online dashboard
