The best way to make your existing solar power system deliver more energy. |

Production Assurance is a solar energy management service designed for customers with existing solar power systems.
Owners of unmonitored and non-maintained systems may not be realizing the full financial and environmental benefits that solar power systems can provide. In fact, studies show that unmanaged systems underperform by an average of 13%.
To put that in context, a 10% increase in power from a 300 kW system in California results in nearly 45,000 more kilowatt hours of solar power every year.
With the Production Assurance Service, we help you improve energy production with a fully managed service contract for preventive maintenance, monitoring and repairs. This service includes:
- On-site system inspection to assess the health of your PV system and baseline system performance
- System cleaning to remove dirt and maximize energy output
- Annual mechanical and electrical checks to keep your system operating at maximum performance
- Solar Monitoring from our Renewable Operations Center to identify outages and performance issues, enabling us to dispatch repair services as needed
- Preventative maintenance and repair services including inverter maintenance consistent with warranty requirements, thermal imaging of power conditioning components, and unplanned outage response performed by local qualified technicians
- Online portal services (Client Connect) that provide full access to near real-time energy generation and other critical data, including data on solar production, total energy use, and emission savings
