Brian Jacolick is committed to simplifying solar for leading organizations, by overseeing all SunEdison financial and operational performance and teams throughout the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. Under Jacolick's leadership as Vice President of Sales, SunEdison developed and deployed innovative, multi-installation solar programs for marquee organizations including Kohl's, Staples, Wal-Mart, Walgreens and the State of California. With extensive experience that crosses hands-on installation, finance, engineering, operations and sales, Jacolick champions the seamless and efficient integration of solar energy services for every customer.

William Lee, VP, Project Finance & Corporate Development |
 |
William Lee, VP, Project Finance and Corporate Development, leads the global project financing and corporate development activities for SunEdison. In this role, he originates, negotiates, structures and executes various types of financial and strategic transactions. Prior to joining SunEdison, he worked at the Massachusetts Green Energy Fund, a private venture capital firm that invests in clean and renewable energy technologies. Additionally, Lee worked as an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup Global Markets), where he was involved in M&A and capital markets transactions within the global energy sector.

Jason Stevens, VP, Engineering & Construction |

Jason Stevens, VP, Engineering and Construction, is responsible for overseeing the design and construction of SunEdison's solar energy systems throughout North America. He also oversees operational execution throughout SunEdison for existing and emerging market segments. In this role he manages regional operations responsible for project design, permitting, construction and term out as well as land development and project estimation activities.

Mark Culpepper, Chief Technology Officer |

Mark Culpepper is responsible for shaping SunEdison's service-oriented architecture for data acquisition and power plant control, creating the connection between solar energy data and customers' immediate financial and energy savings. His mission is to simplify solar energy services, providing government, commercial and utility customers the real-time data and analytics needed to optimize solar production and asset performance. With over 18 years in the telecommunications and IT security industries, Culpepper leads the technology team tasked with creating a secure, centralized management platform for SunEdison's fleet of distributed solar energy systems.

Kevin Lapidus, Senior VP & General Counsel |
 |
Kevin Lapidus is responsible for all SunEdison legal matters, including transactional management and corporate compliance items. In this capacity, he helps guide SunEdison through the legal complexity of long term Solar Power and Service Agreements. In addition to managing the legal group, Lapidus works closely with the Board of Directors and executive team to support corporate legal and business initiatives. Well regarded in the legal and business communities, Lapidus was a finalist for the Washington Business Journal 2008 General Counsel of the Year Award.
