David Buzby, Outside Director
Since 1988, Mr. Buzby has been involved in establishing and/or acquiring private and public businesses ranging in size from $5 million to over $500 million in revenues. As an investor and a member of the senior management of the Board, he has helped create over $3 billion of public market value for investors from these activities. Most recently, he was a Director at Prevalent Power, a leading solar installation company in California that was recently acquired. Mr. Buzby holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
